Meet Chester Williamson, the pitmaster who swears he’s perfected barbecue down to a science—if that science involves a lot of trial, error, and the occasional fire alarm. Chester’s been known to say, “If it ain’t smokin’, it’s broken,” and he lives by it.
Armed with his smoker, “The Black Pearl”, that’s probably seen more action than your grill ever will, Chester leads Bustin’ Butts BBQ with a fierce dedication to flavor, fun, and keeping the sauce off his shirt (a losing battle). If you see him at a competition, just follow the smoke and the laughter—you’re in for a treat!
